Job Duties
The ERP Data Quality Architect will focus
on the data domain in support of business transformation activities related to
deployment locations. US citizenship required.
Experience:
• Supply Chain Management Consultant with a minimum of 7 years ERP experience
• Good consulting and ERP education delivery skills with the ability to
communicate the client mid level management and end user level of the business
• Comprehensive experience in establishing formal, ongoing Data Quality
Management Programs
• Business transformation experience in large scale ERP deployments
• In-depth knowledge of ERP Industry Best Practices
• Moderate level of Supply Chain Management knowledge with focus on Demand
Management, Master Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity
Requirements Planning (CRP), Shop Floor Scheduling and Execution and Government
Accounting and Finance
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Aerospace & Defense/Government experience desired, but not mandatory
• SAP ERP/SCM experience highly desired
Other Related Skills:
Architectural experience in large, complex ERP based integration programs
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to, the following:
Project Prep & Blueprint Phase:
• Participate in client Site Readiness Assessments, consolidate and document
interview findings
• Work with Training Team to refine Solution Master & Transactional Data
Requirements Training
• Deliver Data Quality Education Courses (i.e. Bills of Material, Material
Master Scheduling Data, Work Centers and Routings, Scheduled Receipts
[Production Orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders], Inventory Records
and critical Project Cost Data)
• Provide management consulting support to client Data Quality Team in
base-lining key data required to create and maintain valid schedules
• Provide management consulting support to client Data Quality Team on
establishing and maintaining an ongoing, effective Data Quality Management
Program including institution of RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action)
methodologies to determine the process deficiencies that are resulting in
inaccurate data and development of data quality clean-up plans
• Participate in the summarization of Transformation Discovery Lab findings for
the data domain
• Participate in the gap mitigation estimates for the data domain for deployment
realization plan development
Realization and Go Live Phase:
• Participate in data trial loads with the client site Data Quality Teams to
analyze and correct data quality errors and the root cause of these errors prior
to conversion and cutover
• Guide client Data Quality Teams in the re-engineering of business processes
and the re-definition of roles and responsibilities (i.e. single point of
accountability) to support improved data quality
• Participate in the client Business Transformation Prototype Labs in executing
scenarios related to key Master and Transactional data
• Guide client Site Readiness Teams in development of business policies and
revised operating procedures to support improved data quality
• Work with client and TCSC Solution Development Team to ensure timely
requirements definition to support design, development, testing and delivery of
data conversion programs to support site cutover
• Provide post Go-Live support to client Data Quality Teams

ERP Enterprise architecture skills across all domains of change
Critical Skills:
• The ability to define and develop complex architectural models at all
levels of decomposition primarily for the data domain, using a variety of
modeling tools
• Ability to deliver formal Data Quality education, based on ERP best
practices, to client mid management and end users
• Experience in ERP (preferably SAP) implementation lifecycle methodology
and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to communicate with client mid-management and end users
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and bureaucratic
business culture
• Team Player, ability to work well with a diverse set of individuals at all
organizational levels
• Able to run effective meetings/workshops
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment
• A proactive self-starter
Educational/Professional Affiliations:
• Bachelors degree required
• APICS certification highly desired
Organizational Considerations for Good Job Fit:
• Primary work location on site at Chambersburg, PA with periodic visits to
Marlton, NJ
