This position will be responsible for planning and managing inventory levels in a manner that meets the goals and expectations, performance of planning, organizing, controlling and implementing inventory as required. The Senior Planner is expected to fully utilize systems tools, product knowledge, Cooper B Line subject matter experts and good judgment to ensure that the supply chain is effective in meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining desired inventory levels.

*Minimum of 5 years experience involved in scheduling manufacturing requirements.
*Experienced in the fundamentals of MRP and Master Scheduling techniques.
*Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP forecasting tools and the SAP system.
*Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet analytical tools as well as other MSOffice applications.
*Familiar with Capacity Planning and constraints

Additional Information
*Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree - engineering or business related field preferred.
*APICS/CPIM Certification a plus
