Job Duties
- To enhance the customer experience through excellent planning, forecasting and interaction with the customer and the

internal resources of FMC.
- Provide a point of contact within the facility that can provide quick analysis and resolution of conflicts and customer

issues that works within the confines of the business system.
- Analyze and manage all sold and transfer order backlog to satisfy customer requirements. Engage with key support

personnel/functions to coordinate the respective activities required to meet scheduled shipment.
- Translate knowledge of the customer and the market into an actionable plan that will drive important activities in the

facility .
- Own the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Support, maintain and improve it to deliver required service

level to customers and ensure first class communication in and out of supply chain.
- Engage cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goals and meet customer needs.
 


Skills / Knowledge
- BA, BBA, or BS in business administration, procurement, operations, engineering or related field required. MBA preferred.
- Must have good understanding of project management processes.
- Thorough knowledge of organizational structure and inter-relationship between functions preferred.
- Three or more years experience in scheduling, materials, forecasting, and/or project management in a manufacturing

environment preferred. Thorough understanding of supply chain principals required.
- Strong knowledge of the market place, customer base, and lead time expectations preferred.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally. Must demonstrate exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and team

building skills in order to interact with co-workers and customers in a team-based environment.
- Solid understanding of internal and external economic factors such as costs, margins, and profit impact of decisions

affecting the ability to satisfy customer requirements.
- Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities. Extensive spreadsheet analysis capabilities. Knowledge of forecasting

principles and techniques.
- PC skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, and project management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP business system preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning processes.
- Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.
- Passport (or be able to obtain one).
- Valid driver’s license.
 


Additional Information
Ability to execute broad management objectives with minimal supervisory intervention. Ability to anticipate problems

and opportunities and act on them independently. Creative approach is essential to come up with outside the box solutions

to various departmental issues. Proactive in managing backlog, identifying problems and recommending corrective actions,

and providing feedback to departmental personnel.
