Job Duties & Responsibilities
The GES Supply Chain Planning Project
manager will define and deliver all the production planning, replenishment
planning and inventory planning system modifications for the GES start-up in Q3
of 2008 and the associated ramp up to the full GES solution.
This position will help enable productivity and P&L impact of $300MM through
robust system integration. This position will be responsible for developing and
delivering business processes in addition to system changes/enhancements.
Execute project deliverables to implement Supply Chain Planning solutions,
enabling the future business model transformation over the next 5 years and
beyond. Participate in the integration of solutions across the projects and
prioritize work to enable deliverables on time and within budget. Effectively
work with team members to facilitate delivery of Supply Chain Planning
enhancements. Successfully complete and validate solutions prior to
implementation, driving end-user acceptance of solutions.
Skills/Knowledge
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Education
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Broad understanding of system interdependencies associated with production
planning and/or replenishment planning.
Ability to problem solve across IT applications impacting the supply chain
solution
*Ability to influence the supply chain agenda for FLNA *Strong people
management skills *Effective Presentation and Communication Skills (written
and verbal).
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*3-5 yrs relevant experience in replenishment planning, production planning,
packaging room management and/or inventory planning.
*Understanding of i2's Replenishment Planning and/or Inventory Planning
software.
*Experience using DPP or similar production planning tool.
