Company Information
Innovative, integrated manufacturer of tanks, process equipment, and systems for the oil and gas industry seeks a General Manager. Company performs both in-house design and manufacturing through a network of facilities. The General Manager will direct the daily operation of the manufacturing location. This position will be completely responsible for the P&L and the successful operation and growth of the facility. Position will report to the President of Operations.
Job Duties
Oversee/manage/direct the entire facility operation.
Implement process and economic improvements.
Embed and transfer best practices throughout the facility.
Safety and environmental compliance.
Skills/Knowledge
Bachelor of Science degree a plus, (but not required).
15+ years demonstrated mechanical production experience in the oil and gas industry at middle to senior level.
Good knowledge of mechanical design standards and codes.
Strong judgment and product development skills.
Some installation and field service knowledge a plus, (but not required).
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to relate to all levels of the organization, as well as, outside vendors and consultants.
