Company Information
Well established manufacturer of oil and gas production equipment seeks experienced Production Manager.
Responsibilities to include day to day operations of the production department ensuring production of the highest quality product.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the
supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem
resolution.
• Evaluate the performance and make recommendations for
personnel actions and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and
performance.
• Coordinate production schedule with purchasing and
inventory control.
• Create and track key performance indicators with the goal
of continuous improvement.
• Develop and direct documentation process.
• Asses need for and implement new equipment and or
processes.
• Develop and recommend short and long range objectives
consistent with company guidelines.
• Coordinate operations and communications within, between
and among various functional areas of the organization.
Requirements
• 8+ years of management experience in an oil and gas manufacturing environment.
• Degree preferred but acceptable amount of relevant experience and industry knowledge considered.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas equipment manufacturing processes, quality and production control, contract administration, project management, and continuous improvement.
