workshop discusses the problems in using traditional
performance measurements. Cost-world measurements of
managerial accounting versus the throughput-world
measurements of theory of constraints are illustrated
through the use of the evaporating cloud technique of TOC
thinking processes.

management. Simple games comparing balanced capacity and

All registrations
and fees must be received by the registration deadline date.
Receipt of registration and acceptance of payment will
be confirmed by email or phone. Payment receipt form will be furnished
at workshop. If workshop is rescheduled or canceled by GFTW a full
refund of course fee will be made within 15 days of workshop date.
Student cancellations after registration deadline or "no shows" will be
subject to a materials cost fee deduction of $35.00 and refund of fee
balance will be made within 15 days of workshop date.
Class seating is
limited to a total of 16 students and preference will be given to
registrations on a first come, first served basis.
